**Salary - Rates of pay from £11.55ph to £11.98ph depending on the store location**

As a Store Colleague you will play an active role in providing a positive customer experience and driving sales
- Delivering excellent customer service whilst exceeding our customers’ expectations
- Operating the till and accurately handling cash, credit/debit cards and gift cards transactions
- Carrying out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy
- Be involved with our visual merchandising to ensuring the store is well presented and inspiring to our customers
- Demonstrate your product knowledge to customers and be confident in approaching customers that may require assistance if you are on the shop floor
- Retail experience preferred but not essential
- Must be passionate about all things craft and want to inspire others
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customer’s needs
- High levels of enthusiasm, drive and motivation
- Confident and clear communication skills
- Must be flexible in order to accommodate the business trading needs
