The role of Spa Receptionist is integral position within the team, contributing to our overall guest experience and ensuring our Spa members, Leisure members and guests receive a luxurious Spa experience from the moment they walk through the door.

**Salary**

This a full-time permanent role with a salary of £18,574.40.

Shift patterns will consist of a variety of the following:
Early - 06:00 - 14:30 Mid - 10:00 - 18:30 Late - 12:30 - 21:00

**Skills/Requirements**
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- 2 years’ experience in a customer service industry in a front of house position, where guest interaction happened on a daily basis will be an advantage
- Available to work shifts including weekends
- IT skills required
- Strong attention to detail essential.
- Ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team.
- Determined in completing tasks with a can-do attitude.
- A welcoming smile & greeting for every guest you meet
