**Customer Service Advisor**

**Location: Waltham Cross, Herts**

**Salary: £25,147 per annum**

**Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 (including Weekends)**

**Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (Mixed Shifts between 0700 - 1500 and 1530 - 2330)**

At Solstice we supply London’s top Restaurants, Hotels, Bars & Catering Companies with fresh seasonal produce 6-days a week.

We are passionate about meticulously sourcing and selecting the finest ingredients, whether they are from the Lincolnshire Fens or the great Parisian market Rungis, or humble market gardens. Such emphatic sourcing means that our clients can relax in the knowledge that the essential groundwork has been done and that their order will be of unrivalled quality.

Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit 3 full-time experienced Customer Service Advisors to join our Customer Service Team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and your duties will include, but not limited to the following.

**Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities**:

- Be proficient in processing orders for all customer types.
- Make sure that all customer complaints are promptly responded to when received and responded to appropriately.
- Be willing to undertake any other duties in relation to the customer service team as may be reasonably required.

**Customer Service Advisor Requirements**:

- Excellent listening, questioning and feedback skills.
- Very good computer skills
- Professional manner and good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm whilst still maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Ability to resolve queries.
- Must have a flexible working attitude, as the role will require you to work a mixture of Day & Evening shifts.
