Office Accounts Administrative Assistant

**About the role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our organisation in our Office Accounts department.
You will be responsible for assisting the Office Accounts Manager working in the core of the firm alongside all departments and clients.
The role is an integral part of our organisation with a varied workload of tasks these will include supporting the Office Accounts Manager by the recording and reconciliation of daily bank transactions, liaising with clients via various methods of communication, raising and issuing of client bills, updating client information on our internal software and other general accounts and administrative ad-hoc tasks.
**Part time role: 16 - 20 hours**

Our client base is large and diverse with clients of various sizes from different backgrounds and industries, and we have over 90 staff within our Sheffield office.
