**BRIEF OVERVIEW OF DUTIES**:
**As part of the Food Beverage Team, you will be integral in providing high end, personalised and memorable experiences for all our guests.**
- You will be responsible for delivering efficient and professional food and beverage service to our guests.
- Can pay close attention to detail and upsell when the situation arises to promote food and beverage offerings.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the breakfast/kitchen/bar area.
- You will help with the day to day running of the pot wash and dishwasher areas.
- Ensure all equipment is stored correctly and allocated to the designated areas.
- Helping with the unloading and putting away of deliveries.
- Helping with food preparation task (such as peeling and chopping vegetables)
- Experience of working with Micros and Hilton is preferable, but full training is provided for all our systems.
- Ensure all Health and Safety legislation and procedures are adhered to; this will involve appropriate training.

**QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE**
- Experience in the hospitality industry would be a bonus, but not essential.
- High Standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Flexibility with shift times/availability.
