- Maintain a clean and orderly bar / restaurant area.
- Ensure that all drinks are served according to the company's standards.
- Follow all safety procedures when handling food and drinks.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu items and ingredients.
- Be able to make conversation with customers and a confident communicator
