**More About theOperational Fleet CoordinatorRole**: Our Operational Fleet Coordinators play an integral part of the installations team, ensuring that our Engineers and Trainee Engineers have the right tools and equipment required to complete their daily tasks. As a Coordinator you will manage our engineerrotas and work with key stakeholders to ensure that all of our runs are being covered. - Salary: £20,687.55 per annum - Hours: Monday-Friday (37.5 hours per week) , Permanent - Location: AO Logistics, Weston Road, Crewe, CW1 6BF He**re’s what you can expect to be doing as ourOperational Fleet Coordinator**: - Running and managing engineer and apprentice rotas - Working with our routing department to ensure that all runs are covered with engineers - Work with databases and systems to track spare parts and tools - Updating internal systems - Toolbox audits - Communicate key information to parts of the management team - Ensuring engineer replenishments are completed on time - Working to tight deadlines - Producing analysis as required **A Few Things About Our Operational Fleet Coordinator**: - At least 12 months administrative experience with good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook - Fleet experience (Advantageous) - Good time management skills - Organised and able to work on own initiative and part of a team - Effective communication - Ability to execute manual handling in a safe manner - Able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, peers and external third parties If you fit the bill, we’d love to hear from you. **Why Choose AO**: Our people are our superpower, and that’s no accident.
