Our client are looking for a sales consultant to join our friendly team due to continued success and expansion. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service with both buyers and sellers, gaining instructions and selling properties. You will need to have some experience in estate agency and come across as personable and professional in everything you do.

They are seeking someone who wants a career with the company. They provide training and encourage development and want to promote within.

The Role
- Registering potential buyers and arranging viewings via telephone and in person
- Gaining and booking in valuations
- Liaising with vendors to ensure excellent customer service throughout their journey.
- Regularly monitoring and reacting to the property market to inform other departments of changes and ensuring market knowledge is up to date
- Ensuring they are compliant with all HMRC regulations by requesting information from clients and documenting the sales process
- Using our online platforms to document the sales process
- Maintaining excellent industry standards by ensuring confidentiality
- Remaining a professional presence through marketing and networking to ensure business opportunities are not missed.
- Other administration and project duties as directed by the company

The Person
- 2 or more years’ experience within estate agency in a similar role
- Good knowledge of MS office products.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create and maintain client relationships
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent organisation skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to work in a high-pressured environment
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Team player
