**Wednesday 4pm-7pm and Thursday 4pm-7pm Saturday 8.30am-2.30pm and Sunday 8.30am-2.30pm**

Here at Survival Fitness, we are looking for two dedicated and energetic individuals to join our team we have two positions available:
**Children’s Fitness Coach**
**Children’s Fitness Assistant**
Starting from humble beginnings, utilising park equipment as training grounds, to now being in Leicester’s city centre offering classes 4 days a week. We’ve evolved into a dynamic organisation committed to uncompromisingly high standards, ensuring quality in everything we do. **Responsibilities**:
- Lead a class of up to 32 children aged 5-14 years old with mixed abilities alongside the Head Coach and other members of staff in class.
- Follow and instruct children according to the set workouts for the week and within specified timeframes, staying updated with communications to ensure appropriate delivery.
- Ensure the needs of all children are met, maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety standards, including equipment maintenance.
- Modify exercises as necessary to accommodate various skill levels and injuries, prioritising children’s safety.
- Create an engaging environment to ensure children have a rewarding experience.
- Work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Uphold the organisation's reputation by delivering high-quality training.
- Maintain cleanliness of the environment.
- Report any key information to the Head Coach.

**Person specification**:
- 1+ years of experience teaching groups and/or personal training in the fitness industry.
- L2/L3 Personal Training certification from a recognised organisation.
- L1 Safeguarding Children or willing to undertake this
- L1 Children’s Cross Fit or willing to undertake this
- L1 Calisthenics or willing to undertake this
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
- Strong ability to coach and motivate multiple clients in a group setting.
- Effective time management skills.
- High level of organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instruction.
- Strong and adaptable interpersonal and communication skills.
- Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic, able to work flexibly, with integrity and professionalism always.
- Pride in personal presentation and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic, personable, reliable and empathetic.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.44-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
**Experience**:
