You should have previous HR and admin experience and ideally an understanding of Safer Recruitment and hiring requirements in Ofsted regulated environments.

Our company is hiring a Human Resources Administrator to work onsite in central London supporting the Residential teams with onboarding and managing staff as well as the daily management of the home. You will be a part of a HR team and have support externally and from our legal online systems.
- Onboarding successful new staff with reference and viability checks
- Ensuring Safer recruitment processes in hiring and processing safeguarding / DBS / hiring checks
- Managing systems entry and contract generation for HR
- Liaising with accounts, training and home managers to ensure staff are welcomed and supported through induction
- Managing internal hires and uploading data to the HR & Payroll systems
- Dealing with internal IT setup of systems or new users
- Supporting managers with day to day administration of the home, organising meetings and booking meeting rooms etc.

We are looking for a detail orientated person who works in a process orientated manner. You should be able to prove these skill sets and example work on spreadsheets or in data administration.

You will be starting to support a new branch of the business in Eastbourne and will have the full support of a current administrative team outside of the area.

Training will be provided. Flexible and casual work style.

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
