**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
- Manage team members by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times, conducting regular safety checks.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Train new employees in company policies and procedures as well as specific job duties.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents that occur on-site.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fast paced Engineering Workshop
- Knowledge of manual and CNC Turning & Milling processes & machinery is essential.
- Repair & maintenance workshop experience is essential
- Strong management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to the industry is essential.
- A valid driver's licence preferred but not essential.

Pay: £36,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
