**We are looking for a qualified baker to join our amazing team.**

**Baker Responsibilities include**:

- Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, cakes, etc.
- Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
- Keeping records relating to inventory, ingredient quality and production levels.
- To produce baked goods such as brownies, scones, sponge cakes etc to company recipe
- To be able to meet company standards and production expectations after training
- To be able to understand and operate equipment such as mixers, sheeters, depositors and ovens
- To be conscious and proactive regarded health and safety “

Various shift patterns available, which will be discussed at interview stages.
- Attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products
- Basic math skills
- Ability to maintain our high-quality standards
- Strong communication, time management, and planning skills.
- Awareness of and willingness to follow strict health and safety rules
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create amazing baked goods.
- Flexibility to work around production demands, including early morning, night, weekend, and holiday availability.
- Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment; stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances; and lift heavy items for extended periods.

You must have good spoken English and must have the right to work in the UK. You should also have the ability to commute daily to Brentford TW8.
