As a Curriculum Leader you will contribute to the operational management, development and performance for the delivery of teaching, learning and assessment. Your primary focus will be to work with both the Head of School and Deputy College Principal to enhance the curriculum and provide an enriched learner experience across the curriculum area. You will be responsible for the performance management of a team of staff to ensure high quality delivery with innovative teaching, learning and assessment to ensure all learners meet or exceed their predicted outcomes, whilst leading the effective planning and delivery of the curriculum.
