Investor Relations Manager, Uk Focused Private

We are working with one of the UK's leading investors covering a broad range of strategies in the alternative investment space, including Private Equity and Infrastructure. The firm has been in operation for over 35 years and seeks to invest in high growthcompanies across the UK.
In order to support the firm's continuous growth, the Institutional Investor Relations team is looking to welcome an IR Manager whose main focus will be on the Private Equity side of the business: supporting the team on fundraising as well as managing the fundreporting program across multiple funds.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Managing the fund reporting program for the growing list of institutional and retail funds, and delivering excellent reports
- Supporting the PE Partners and Directors who account manage the existing board and investor relationships, to help support future fundraising
- Preparing materials to support fundraising (PPMs, data room management, pitchbooks) and due diligence processes (completing tenders, DDQs, RFPs)
- Preparation of press releases and deal announcements for all new investments and completed exits
- Over time you will be engaging with Investors for the purpose of ongoing queries, reports and future fundraising
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Prior Investor Relations, Sales support or RFP writing experience for alternative investments funds or asset managers would be preferable
- Passionate about high-quality communications, in particular, writing for institutional/retail investor audiences
- Numerate with excellent Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Excellent academic record
- Proactive, organised, conscientious
