**Job Summary**

Service of food and drinks, handling à la carte food orders, looking after the service of food, wines, cocktails and coffee. You will demonstrate strong communications skills, strong customer service focus and a friendly positive attitude.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Making a note of our lounge guest food requests
- Serving of food and beverages to lounge guests
- Clearing and setting up of tables for dining purposes
- Maintaining the buffet - replenishing food items, explaining dishes on the buffet and assisting with service
- Polishing of cutlery, crockery, and glassware
- Ability to describe dishes offered on the buffet and a la carte menu explaining the allergens
- Attend to passenger queries and complaints
- Consult the supervisors and managers as and when required
- Liaise with the bar person and culinary team with regards to food and drinks orders
- Ensuring that all food and beverage related services are provided as per Qatar Airways standards (these will be provided during the service training provided by Qatar Airways management)
- Assisting the cleaning team in the lounge and back-of-house areas during non
- passenger usage.
