Employment Partners are currently recruiting Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to work on a busy manufacturing plant outskirts Andover.

This is a full-time permanent role.

Annual Salary: £38000 - £42000 DOE + OVT and weekends incentives.

Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00 (flexibility required at times with finish times)

Covering 1 in 3 weekends, hours 7:00-12:00

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintaining health & safety as well as hygiene standards is a number one priority in accordance with company rules and regulations
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs to agricultural equipment: filling, pneumatic and hydraulic winch systems, and site utilities.
- Monitor line and machine performance. Needs the ability to work at own initiative when a fault is detected and decide on action.
- Ensure that all equipment preventive maintenance is conducted both efficiently and safely
- Perform pre-delivery set-up on new and used equipment
- Follow all safety rules and regulations
- Keep accurate, up-to-date maintenance documentation and update maintenance management system records for all changes, stores transactions made, and work conducted
- Maintain a clean work environment, assist with overall workshop organisation, and always ensure the correct use of tools and vehicles.
- Provides support for the production team in achieving targets
- Reacting to breakdowns both electrically and mechanically, fault finding, analysing, and continuously improving our equipment and processes to increase our ability to manufacture more effectively.
- Responsible for overseeing and assisting if required with any third-party contractors in carrying out their duties on-site as and when required

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 3 years experience within maintenance experience
- Ability to perform repairs and maintenance using correct tools and equipment, following approved techniques
- Experience in Agricultural plant (desirable)
- Welding experience
- FLT license and skyjack experience (desirable)
- Excellent knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems inclusive of 240VAC and 24V DC, Scada, and high speed.
- Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
- Strong electrical/mechanical experience is preferable within an FMCG / highly controlled environment.
