The **purpose** of this role
As **Customer Service Administrator** you'll be a vital part of the team providing the highest level of customer service to all suppliers, whilst supporting various teams within the business.
As **Customer Service Administrator you'll be responsible for**:
- Carrying out **administrative** tasks
- Ensuring **incoming orders** are entered onto the **database** in a timely manner
- Answering **queries** relating to the**product range**:
- Liaise with all departments to **process orders** effectively
**Skills & Experience**
- **Must** be **fluent in German**:
- Experience in a **customer service** role within an **engineering company** would be beneficial
- Strong **IT skills**:
- Good **communication** and **telephone manner**:
- **High level of concentration**
