We have a fabulous job opportunity for a housing concierge to join our awesome team in Middlesbrough, where you’re also a short walk to the local amenities, including a local leisure centre and supermarket. We have brilliant customers who are between the age on 16-25 and provide the support they require, preparing them for a successful, independent life in the future.

As our Housing Concierge you’ll play a really important role in supporting the smooth running of our service. You’ll make sure that our buildings and customers are safe and secure, and that we get on with our neighbours

You’ll get involved in lots of different activities which will include monitoring CCTV, regularly patrolling the premises, monitoring visitors to and from the building and ensuring tenancy conditions and service rules are adhered to. You’ll also be our first point of contact for some of customers during the night and at times we’ll also need you to do some general cleaning duties too.

**About our team**

Although you’ll work nights, we do get together regularly in the daytime for training and team meetings. You’ll be part of our wider team who are super passionate about supporting customers to reach their goals and celebrating their achievements. To us were not just a team we’re a ‘work family’.

Our manager is Nicola Metcalfe. Nicola has worked for Home Group for just over two years but has plenty of experience in this field. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time out walking with her labradoodles, Lola and Mollie. There are 6 of us in the team and we don’t just love to support our customers, we’re there for each other too

**Working hours**

Single Key is manned 24-hours per day to support to our customers each day and every day. In this role you’ll work during the twilight hours doing waking nights work. Your contract will be 35 hours per week, however you will work 4 shifts and then have 4 off. You will take your turn working weekends and bank holidays. We need you to be flexible to meet the needs of our customers, but we aim to give you the time you need to spend time doing the things that matter to you
