This is not your typical Health Club or Spa... 180 Health Club is a new curated space showcasing the best specialists in movement, fitness, mindfulness, beauty and grooming. These services sit alongside the latest body therapy technologies including Cryotherapy, Infrared Saunas, Ozone Saunas, Red Light Therapy and Compression and Percussion tools.
Based at the top of 180 The Strand in a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle, members can escape to relax, socialise, enjoy a treatment, ground and workout. The facility hosts treatment, grooming and movement studios, a workout zone and a beautiful loft with a juice bar. Whilst our regular schedule includes movement classes, member events and treatments, the 180 Health Club is also an event space that hosts takeovers, studio bookings and content production within our incredible studios.
**The Role**
As a Host, you will be an integral part of the team as you guide and support our member’s journey through the 180 Health Club. This is an exciting and varied role with some of your duties to:
- Provide a warm welcome to members and ensure they have an outstanding experience in the club.
- Take in person and telephone bookings and recommend services based on member’s needs.
- Set up for events, pop ups, and workshops.
- Upsell retail products.
- Assist members with wellness tech services (infrared sauna, ozone, cryotherapy)
- Make and serve beverages (coffee, juices, smoothies)
Training and certification in operating wellness tech services such as cryotherapy, ozone therapy, and infrared sauna will be provided.
**Requirements**:
- Passion for spa, wellbeing, and fitness.
- Previous experience in hospitality or leisure is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills and a true passion for making others feel better.
- Meticulous personal grooming standards.
- Love for learning and willingness to undergo training as and when required.
- Must be able to work early and late shifts as well as weekends.
- Reliable hard-working and likes a challenge.
