Due to continued expansion we are looking for a Joiner/Handyman/Handywoman to join our team to carry out works within social housing properties throughout the North East of England.

**Job Overview**

A working knowledge and understanding of other trades such as plumbing, tiling and decoration would be desirable.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in maintenance person services or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous for travel between job sites
- A company vehicle will be provided
- CSCS Card desirable.

Pay: £30,888.00 per year
