**About The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced International Talent Management & DevelopmentLead (TM&D).You will be providing expert advice, support, and strategic direction on all TM&D related matters in alignment with the Group talent strategyand guidelines to attract, motivate and retain highly qualified employees.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with extensive Talent Managementexperience to join a global organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategy **
- Develop the TM&D strategies and ensure they are aligned with the overarching Group and Assistance Services HR objectives;
- Analyse and make recommendations on TM&D initiatives, planning, and actions;
- Communicate the strategy and direction across the organisation and provide a synchronised approach in delivering the TM&D roadmap across regions.
- Establish a robust operational framework and allocate resources and capabilities to drive the TM&D agenda.

**Talent Management**
- Provideexpertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals creation of an internal bench of top talent;
- Support the Group HR Leadership Talent team to build the talent pipeline for General Management roles and critical roles;
- Manage and showcase professional pools for fast deployment and succession pools to cover critical positions, to ensure business continuity.

**Development**
- Conduct leadership development needs assessment for ABL regions within scope; including gathering internal and external data to craft training programs and talent and development.
- Works closely with Assistance HRD to establish in-house business learning academies to support continues development and build future talent capability.

**Technology & Data**
- Source technology for the delivery of content that is consistent with current generational trends to provide the most effective method of leadership training;
- Involved in the integration of MYHR Talent Management module across ABL regions within scope;
- Supports the Group in ensuring talent data updates are done on time, and feedback is provided for monthly reports to senior management.

**Projects**
- Supports Group and HR global project initiatives and rollout within ABL regions;
- Creates an actionable project plan which defines roles and responsibilities, measures of success, and mitigates risks associated with the project.

**Diversity & Inclusion**
- Drives opportunities to embed Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging on the TM&D activities and projects Promotes D&I activities across ABL regions within scope.
- Leads the Europe D&I chapter.

**Wellness**
- Drives the Wellness agenda in alignment with the SVP HR ABL, recommending Wellness activities and supports project initiatives and rollout within the ABL regions in scope.
- Develops the Wellness Handbook

Profile description:
**Experience Required**
- Extensive experience in Talent Management and Development previous experience leading the function in a cross region capacity for a Multi National Company.
- Experience leading the implementation of Talent Management and Development initiatives across multiple geographies and operating within a complex matrix environment;
- Experience with global HRIS systems required;
- Knowledge of running talent review and management practices;
- Proven track record of implementing and delivering leadership L&D initiatives;
- Proven project management experience;
- Experience within the service industry (preferred).
