Housekeeper for Private House

We are looking for an experienced part-time, live-out housekeeper for a large private family home outside Charlbury in Oxfordshire.

The duties required will include general cleaning, laundry, ironing, making beds, some pet care, (the family have 2 dogs), and deep cleaning when the family are away.

You must be hardworking, diligent and happy to work on your own. You must have had experience working in a private household before and be knowledgeable with antiques, silver polishing and all surfaces as this is very much a traditional housekeeper's role. You must have a clean driver's license, and be happy to occasionally run errands such picking up the dry-cleaning and shopping.

You must be trustworthy, reliable and happy to be part of a busy household.

You will work 30 hours over the week and this could be taken over either 4 days (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) or over 5 days.

You will be on PAYE

Salary is dependent on experience.

**Salary**: £18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
