Supervisor (42hrs)

**We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor in our new Wembley store**
- **This is a full-time contract which requires 42 hours per week - You will be expected to step up and open & close the store in absence of management so some key holder experience is desirable.**_

**As a Supervisor you’re main responsibilities will include, but not limited to: -**
- Stepping up to run the store in Managers absence - You should have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a team.
- Behave in a fun, engaging, warm manner with all customers; welcoming them into the store in a bespoke manner that fits their needs, creating an environment that all customers want to linger in and browse.
- Always smile, never complain, always be positive and to really understand the customer better than they understand themselves so that they all leave feeling that Lyle and Scott really cares, looks after them and that no other brand or retail experience can do or serve as well as we do
- Become a trusted styling and purchasing advisor to customers who come back to the store because they want to be served by you as an individual and they want to be immersed in the Lyle and Scott experience.
- A passion for a career within retail and is keen to learn new skills in the future which could lead to a career into management.
