We are currently recruiting for a **Inventory Clerk** to join our **Amazon** team, in **Rugby**. You’ll be working **40.25 hours a week on 4 on 4 off** shift pattern**,** covering the hours of 19:00-07:00.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Maintain stock accuracy to the highest level
- Investigate picking error shortages & cancellations and proactively reduce the risk of the KPI
- Update and publish inventory reports and trackers to agreed time frames
- Respond to customer complaints (Concessions)

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong IT Skills (MS Excel, Outlook etc)
- Planning and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience desirable but not required
