Curinos has an exciting opportunity for a Market Researcher to support product development and reporting delivery for our Digital Banking Hub and Omnichannel Experience products, serving customers in the banking industry.

The Omnichannel Experience team focuses on digital banking within Informa’s new Curinos business, which benefits from being both an independent firm and being supported by the global FTSE 50 Informa Group. We help the financial services industry understand the banking user and customer experience by delving straight into the digital platforms and channels with which consumers and businesses interact.

We work with the leading US and global financial institutions to deliver insights for their channel, product, insight, and commercial teams by providing access to a digital content and data platform and by delivering insight reports and consulting.

**Job Description**:
This researcher role is focused on the delivery of projects and products based on our core digital banking data and services. For this position, we are looking for researchers with skills in qualitative and user experience research. You will be an excellent communicator, with an interest in product development and design, and curious about technology and financial services.

**You will be**:

- Evaluating different digital journeys through hands-on research of live digital banking journeys online and in app
- Producing the content, writing analysis and developing insights for client-specific reports, benchmarking reports and bespoke presentations
- Completing consulting projects, helping our key clients solve critical business issues and working directly with stakeholders to inform their decision-making
- Participating in our product development process - from capturing client needs to running product development projects from ideation to launch
- Communicating insights and presenting to clients in person, through webinar or by teleconference
- Conducting intelligence gathering to support analysis and contextual knowledge and to keep up on the latest trends in tech and digital banking
- Acting as a thought leader in the sector and with clients through production of thought leadership blogs, articles and alerts

**Qualifications**:
**Could this role be for you?**

We are interested in a** Researcher **who can demonstrate some of the following:

- 1-3 years’ experience doing qualitative research and analysis. Any digital banking and/or user experience is highly advantageous
- Possesses strong attention to detail and aptitude for user experience research
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Demonstrates a real interest in fintech and conversant on digital trends
- Good project management skills and any product lifecycle management experience would also be an advantage
