**Job Title**:Senior Residential Support Worker

**Location**:Alcester, Stratford

**Salary**:£33,073 - £34,779 per annum (Plus sleep-ins)

**Working Hours**:40 hours per week

**Hourly Rate**:£14.50 per hour

**Number of Sleeps Required**:Up to 10 per month

**Pay Per Sleep**:£30 per sleep (approx. £3,600 per year)

**Service**:Children's Home

**Service Users**:Young People (8-18) with EBD, SEMH

**Qualifications Required**:NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)

**Experience Required**:Minimum 2 years in a residential children's home

**Employment Type**:Permanent
