Here at Smile TLC we provide support for people living with dementia in their own homes, or in a care home, to keep people active, stimulated and to help prevent depression and isolation. We have a holistic approach supporting everybody involved including family members, friends and carers.

You will be providing one to one support for people living with dementia in their own homes and care homes, encouraging the person to live independently and access the community. Every individual we support is unique and we adapt to their wants and needs, we strive to make a difference in peoples lives.

Duties will include;
- Supporting a person to go out to the shops, parks, hairdressers, day trips.
- Supporting a person with their daily tasks at home and providing company.
- Stimulating a person with music, getting to know their story... be creative
- Personal care is not required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
