**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Restart is a social enterprise which is looking to transform lives through providing effective support to individuals and families impacted by a loved one being in prison.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Assistant who will work closely with our Operations Manager to drive business growth in our core services. If you have a passion for making a difference, and are looking to further your career, we may have the perfect job role for you.

**Responsibilities**

**Stock**
- Picking and packing items for delivery, loading and unloading vehicles, stacking and stock taking, handling paperwork, checking orders and stocking shelves.
- Ensure all orders are picked, packed and loaded accurately, efficiently and effectively meeting agreed delivery schedules.
- Ensure all administration related to the running of the delivery is completed accurately and on time.

**Café**

Taking orders, serving food and drinks, ensuring the customers experience is maintained to the highest standard.

Ensuring that food safety standards are followed, general cleaning duties.

**Other**

Other tasks will include supporting our customers with information, advice and guidance, supporting our Community Shop, Food Bank and Shuttle Service.

**Skills**
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Ability to deal with high volumes of work.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet required deadlines.
- Able to work well within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Clean driving licence essential

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wolverhampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service (preferred)
- food preparation (preferred)
