Nursery Third in Charge

We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Third in Charge to join our client a Private Nursery in Princes Risborough. This is for a full time permanent role, working 40 hours a week. This small 30+ place setting offers an opportunity to expand on your experience and progress your career. They offer great training and invest heavily in staff engagements and training.

As the Nursery Third in Charge, you will be the Preschool Room Leader, training new team members and helping the Nursery Manager and Deputy Nursery Manager with the day to day management of the Nursery.

If you have experience as a Nursery Room Leader or a Senior Nurse, then this would be a great opportunity to develop management and leadership skills, and progress your career with a leading group of Nursery with plenty of career progression opportunities.

**Nursery 3rd In Charge Requirements**:

- Level 3 Child care NVQ or equivalent
- Experience as Nursery Third in Charge or Nursery Room Leader
- Ability to Lead a team
- Confident, Enthusiastic driven to achieve high standards.
- Good Knowledge of EYFS

**Nursery 3rd In Charge Requirements**:

- Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to
- Ensure correct ratios are maintained
- Lead and support Room Leaders
- Support with induction procedure for all new staff
