**Project Coordinator (Maternity Cover) - HYBRID WORKING**
The role of Project Coordinator, sits in our extraordinary Digital department where you will support all project delivery functions and development teams, manage dependencies between projects and sprint teams. Manage and report project RAID logs and business reporting.
- Day to day as a Project Coordinator: _
- Own and manage project reporting to Business and Stakeholders.
- Interface with Project/Product Manager and BAU to ensure defect/issue fix.
- Support the creation of business cases with clear success criteria and measurable outcomes.
- Understand and track the full range of activities required to deliver business goals.
- Support tracking of project/programme/department budgets.
- Make timely escalations where needed to keep the project on track.
- Develop excellent working relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Resolve the risks, blockers and issues that present a barrier to successful delivery of the project.
- Support delivering project to their agreed success criteria, including managing change and transition to BAU.
- Manage stakeholders to ensure continued alignment of the project with the business case and relevant business unit strategy.
- Review and Analyse reported issues and raise concise, clear and accurate defects when found.
- Organise and complete testing working with appropriate Project/Product Managers to ensure there is a readiness to go live.
- Manage project and task dependencies between projects and/or development teams.
- Support release management.
- Support delivery team with business communications.
- Support and manage production issues into appropriate development streams.
- Supporting with benefit delivery.
- Manage meeting cadence with all development teams.
- What we need you to have:_
- Previous experience in a role that requires high level of organisational skills and planning.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- It would be a bonus if you had: _
- SAP Hybris and Ecommerce Experience.
- Previous experience in project coordination or management.
- Project based qualifications.
