**Role Overview**:
As a Team Leader at Waste Experts, you will oversee one of our most dynamic operational units. Your role will involve managing manual processes critical to our success and ensuring safety and efficiency within your team. You'll lead, motivate, and guide your team to achieve production targets while upholding high standards of health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Inspire and manage your team to meet production goals and maintain operational standards.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce health and safety practices and ensure a safe working environment.
- Operational Oversight: Supervise manual processes and coordinate team activities to optimise performance.
- Team Development: Support and develop your team, fostering a positive and productive work culture.

What We’re Looking For:

- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Passion: A genuine passion for sustainability, environmental conservation, and waste management.
- Health & Safety Knowledge: Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations.
- Production Environment: Experience in managing production-based operations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
