We provide **residential care** for young people aged ten to twenty-one years old and are looking for Night Shift Care Workers in our three-bed care homes near Coylton.

We provide a homely, safe and supportive environment and promote responsibility, growth, learning and positive outcomes for young people who come to stay with us.

As part of a team, you will provide day-to-day care, support and direction to young people with challenging emotional and behavioural needs. The role requires you to work with national childcare practice and use planned activities as a medium for healing. It also requires that...

You will be able to work

**Full time 8pm to 8am shifts, (14 shifts in every 4 week rota). Salary from £13.60 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.**

Whilst previous experience would be desirable, excellent support skills, the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as important.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with children or in a support environment
- Valid driver's license and experience of driving
- Familiarity with IT systems such as word
- Ability to work awake night shifts in a residential childcare setting
