Due to rapid growth, they are looking for additional SeniorHR consultants to join this friendly team, based in Central London. (West End) As a Senior HR Consultant you will be the first point of contact with your client, acting as a strategic partner and, providing senior level HR generalist support. **The role**: - Complex employee relations advice - Writing contracts of employments - Updates and reviews to client documentation including policies and procedures - Acting as in-house HR department to provide HR and benefits administration and onboarding - Implement and maintain HR software system for clients - Undertake specific projects for clients including grievances, disciplinary issues, TUPE and redundancy - Carry out health and safety assessments onsite - Screening and DBS checks on behalf of clients - Keeping up to date with legislation through attending legal update seminars, CIPD etc. Ideally you will have previous experience at as a senior HR Manager/Business Partner or Consultant within the finance industry and have demonstrable experience in leading on a wide range of employee relations issues. **Other requirements**: - Minimum level 5 CIPD and ideally working towards level 7 CIPD or equivalent. - Significant HR generalist experience, including in an advisory capacity. - Knowledge of the Financial Services industry; experience of FCA regulated environments an advantage. - Ability to produce high quality written and verbal advice. - Thirst to keep abreast of legislation changes and current HR thought leadership. - Excellent communication and relationship building skills. - Confidence to present to colleagues and clients, able to challenge and put forward ideas. - Attention to detail. **Benefits**: - Flexible working hours/work from home (but due to the nature of the role you will be required to spend approx. 60% of your time in the office or client offices) - Discretionary bonus scheme bi-annually
