This is a very well paid mechanical Field Service Engineer role working for a world wide market leading manufacturer of packaging and filling machinery supplied to the beverage market. You will be expected to stay away from home up to 4 nights per week onaverage AND also work up to 20 weekends per annum. A good job with a great company. Good PLC knowledge & qualifications are essential for this role. A good job for a workaholic

**BASIC SALARY**: up to £45,000

**BENEFITS**:

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer : packaging machinery, process machinery - food & beverage

A classic mechanical Field Service Engineer role involving the repair, refurbishment, installation and commissioning of packaging and filling machinery supplied to the beverage market. Overtime is paid door to door over 45 hours a week at time and a half, duringthe week and double time at weekends. You will be expected to stay away up to 4 nights per week during the week and also to work up to 20 weekends per annum. Average overtime is also paid when you are on holiday

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**: Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer : packaging machinery, process machinery - food & beverage
- You _MUST_ have a proven track record as a Field Service Engineer with specific experience of working on packaging and/or process machinery in the beverage or food industry
- The company will also consider an experienced factory Maintenance Engineer who has hands on packaging or process machinery knowledge and who has worked specifically in the beverage industry
- You _MUST_ be a qualified Mechanical Engineer
- You _MUST_ be happy to stay away up to 4 nights per week and work up to 20 weekends per year
