Restaurant Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a restaurant supervisor in a AA Rosette dining venue in the heart of Petersfield town centre.

A former school for privileged girls, dating back to the 16th century, is the home of a converted modern British restaurant.

Restaurant six is a 33-seater restaurant, arranged over ground and first floors, serviced by a small bar/servery.

The restaurant has an intimate, relaxed atmosphere, with an emphasis on providing the best customer experience, alongside a high-quality food and drinks offer.

As restaurant supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have the best possible experience, alongside a small team. You will have extensive knowledge in all aspects of food and drink service. You will have great attention to detail, be conscious of keeping all areas of the restaurant clean and tidy and adhere to hygiene regulations.

You will assist in achieving the goals and targets set in budgets by maximising revenue, maintaining as well as building upon the reputation of the restaurant and ensuring that business objectives are accomplished.

You will oversee and direct the restaurant operation, supervising the team and ensuring that guest needs are met to the highest standard and that expectations are exceeded, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction.
