Modality Partnership Lewisham Division has an exciting Fellowship opportunity for a Salaried GP or a Prescribing ANP (with minor illness) who has an interest in tackling health inequalities. A population health approach is integral to Lewisham Health Care Partnerships (LHCP) attempt to tackling health inequalities whilst improving health and wellbeing of our patients.

This job is suitable for individuals who are compassionate, patient focused and have a real passion for working in a GP super-partnership, implementing solutions, delivering key organisational priorities and who are committed to make real changes to the health care services provided within Primary Care to improve patient care.
