**Manor Adventure, Culmington Manor - Cook /Chef**

Experienced Cook required for our busy Outdoor Adventure Residential centre in Craven Arms, Shropshire.

The ideal applicant will be able to assist and take lead when required in the preparation & cooking of food in a busy kitchen, manage their time effectively, ensuring the kitchen is kept clean, hygienic & organized as part of a small team.

Ability to work under pressure, to a high standard and alongside dedicated hard working colleagues is essential.

Responsibilities will include - preparing & cooking food to a high standard, ensuring that work is performed to a high level of hygiene & work areas are left clean and tidy at end of shifts, assisting the Catering Manager with duties required by Centre.

Food Safety Qualifications an advantage, but training can be given.

**Working Hours and Pay**

5 days out of 7 with varying shift patterns to include weekends, evening and early mornings.

Minimum of 20 hours a week with flexibility for more hours.

Starting pay of National Living Wage (21 and over) £12.21 per hour.

Relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or similar qualification) would be preferable, but relevant experience will be considered.

This position is open immediate start.
