**Reporting of the Role**

This role reports to Global’s Brand Experience Director and Global’s Video Production & Operations Director.

**Overview of job**

You will be responsible for the strategic creation and delivery of industry-leading commercial branded video content across all of Global’s media portfolio. Working in collaboration with our video, radio, digital, podcasts, outdoor and commercial teams, you will lead and inspire a team to produce outstanding, engaging branded video content that meets the commercial goals of Global & their clients, aligns with our Editorial output and ensures our continued leadership in the media industry.

**Measures of success -**
**In the first few months, you would have**:

- Developed and implemented a comprehensive branded video strategy that aligns with Global's commercial & client’s objectives.
- Successfully led the creation and delivery of commercial branded video projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and drive revenue.
- Worked alongside our Editorial teams and ensured that our commercial video content aligns with our brands’ Editorial output as much as possible.
- Mentored and supported junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Enhanced Global’s commercial branded video output by introducing new format, increasing innovation and improving upon existing workflows.
- Established strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring seamless integration of video content into commercial strategies.
- Delivered branded video content that ensures high levels of audience engagement, brand and client satisfaction.
- Maintained consistent, professional communication across all teams and departments.
- Adopted and promoted internal processes, workflows, and policies. **Responsibilities of the role**
- Create and oversee memorable commercial video content that drives audience engagement and meets client and brand objectives.
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate video content with broader commercial strategies.
- Lead and contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate innovative video ideas and strategies for commercial success.
- Ensure all video content produced is of the highest quality and aligns with Global’s brand standards.

- A proven track record in effectively managing and developing a team of video creatives.
- Expert knowledge of video production techniques and workflows.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultanouesly, keeping them on time

and on budget.
- A strong understanding of the social media landscape and the ability to tailor

content for different platforms.
- A proactive attitude, professionalism and to be always be approachable and

supportive to your team, colleagues and external partners.
