**Our opportunity**:
Joining an established team, with an important role of ensuring timely and efficient job allocation and delivery of scheduled work. Being the sole person responsible for engineer job routes you will be trusted to use good judgement and seek guidance as required. Working with a wide range of customers from a number of different sectors carefully trying the match the demands and time requirements whilst balancing business demands for efficiency.

A main touchpoint for the engineers you will build great working relationships internally and externally.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Utilise autoroute to plan out routes for up to 6 engineers
- Book in with site allocating the correct skilled engineers and capturing key information to support smooth engineer visits
- Arrange overnight accommodation for field engineers
- Book any additional travel arrangements to facilitate operational side of the business
- Issue booking confirmation and reminders in a timely fashion
- Ensuring all engineer training and work credentials are kept up to date and renewals are managed in a timely manner
- Support quality checking of reports
- Undertake customer care calls to obtain key feedback
- Assist with collating and sending training packs
- Support with inbound telephone handling and call directing/query answering
- Undertake other office/admin tasks as per business demand

- Problem solving with eye for detail to optimise options
- High standards of customer service
- Agile and ability to deal with change
- Experience of G-suite or Microsoft office packages
- Drive to success and create most efficient routes
- Ability to hit and exceed set KPI's
- Nice friendly manner with team spirit

**Interviews**:
Interviewees will be invited to a face to face interview at our office in Brighouse.

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30 - 30 hours per week which can be flexibly planned to spread across 5 days between the hours of 08:30 and 16:30

**Experience**:
Logistic route planning or engineer work allocation desirable but not essential.

Must have experience working in an office environment for a min of 12 months.

**Work remotely**:
No office based
