In the Bookings Administrator job, you will be:
- Answering customer queries and dealing with correspondence
- Taking bookings
- Handling data, recording all client correspondence and maintaining client relationships
- Booking in training courses and hotels
- Assisting with sales opportunities and upselling
- Day to day administration duties as required
To be considered for the Bookings Administrator job you must have:
- Previous experience within a similar clerical-based role
- Excellent people and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills demonstrating a courteous, fluent, and calm telephone manner
- Excellent IT skills
- Pro-active, with a can-do attitude who can pick things up quickly
- The ability to work to KPI’S
- Able to drive and own vehicle due to location
This is a temporary, full time vacancy working Monday to Friday for 8 weeks initially, based in the heart of Snowdonia within the County of Conwy, North Wales with a pay rate of £12.50 per hour plus holiday pay
