One Stop Grow Shop is a rapidly growing retail company specialising in selling hobby hydroponics growing equipment directly to end users.

We’re looking for a personable and enthusiastic addition to our Customer Service team who will strive to improve the customer journey.

This is a rewarding role which will see you working with both customers and internal departments.
- Possess excellent communication and listening skills and enjoy forming lasting relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- Take pride in resolving problems for customers
- Have a resilient, persistent and positive approach to overcoming objections
- Use initiative to think of different ways of achieving objectives
- Be enthusiastic to learn about and understand the hydroponics industry
- Have experience using Microsoft Office Software inc Outlook, Excel and Word and the ability to quickly pick up in-house software services
- Enjoy working within a team and helping to achieve departmental targets including Customer Satisfaction scores, problem resolution and reputational growth.
- Have experience of performing to targets
- Enjoy working in a fast paced office environment

The role will include:

- Intercepting any customer communications - negotiating with customers to find the best solution, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Organising and sharing workload with team mates
- Working closely with the purchasing and sales departments.
- Looking for long term solutions, better ways of working and helping to implement those changes
- Working with salesfloor and warehouse managers to identify stock issues
- Organising refunds for customers where applicable.
- Carrying out investigations following customer complaints
- Supporting the Telesales teams in the distribution of sales calls.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
