We are looking for a full-time Bookkeeper to join our friendly team on a permanent basis. To be considered for this role, you must have accountancy practice-based experience.
While not essential, a good working knowledge of cloud based bookkeeping packages would be advantageous (QuickBooks Online, Xero, etc.)
You will be working with a wide range of clients, providing a comprehensive end-to-end bookkeeping service to include:
- General bookkeeping on behalf of clients
- Reconciling bank statements
- Completing VAT and CIS returns
- Dealing with prepayments and accruals
- Resolving client queries
- Liaising with HMRC
- General administration as required
Good time management, and the ability to prioritise workload is essential so you should feel confident working efficiently and autonomously.
You will have good communication skills and be committed to building strong and successful relationships with clients and colleagues.
