Customers requiring practical and consultative assistance for implementation and best practice of Solidatus, which is a hybrid role of Business Analyst and technical Project Manager.

The role covers:

- Best practice and implementation services to clients (Model Design, Multi-Model Topology Automation and Sprint Planning):

- Supporting Solutions Engineering during requirements gathering
- Complimenting Customer Success as part of onboarding customers
- Providing fee-based services post sale to both
- set up and hand over Solidatus models
- and provide assurance to in-house teams, (as a form of risk minimisation to client project teams);
- Advice to clients on connector configuration and in future the use of an SDK and a generic connector interface
- Close relationship to client remaining
- Maintaining the inhouse Implementation Body of Knowledge (ImBoK) along with the Solidatus Intranet as its repository
- Production and maintenance of non-sales, non-dev collateral related to function

Skill required:

- Excellent interpersonal skill especially facilitation of change activities, workshops etc.;
- Business analysis in an agile environment covering early loosely defined strategic intent through to more detailed stories both for modelling using existing functionality and new features for Solidatus:

- Understanding of thin client and cloud based computing;
- Project management skills including planning in an agile environment and interacting with both client and internal Solidatus departments to ensure successful delivery of early implementations.
- SAFe or similar qualification.

**Experience**:

- At least 15 years’ experience of specifying, designing & implementing business systems within a complex IT environment.
- Experience project managing, developing, configuring, programming & supporting IT systems.
- Plan and manage implementation of changes to minimise adverse impacts on business users.
- Having demonstratable knowledge of at least one of Solidatus’ focus areas e.g. Data governance
- Strong project delivery experience
- Highly motivated self-starter who is adaptable, pragmatic, and has a can-do attitude.
- Ability to act decisively, and move projects with pace
- Good knowledge of process frameworks, process methods
- Adept at process analysis, producing process documentation and process modelling
- Experience of creating & delivering training sessions in a variety of settings - classroom, online, workshop, etc
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent communication skills - ability to articulate complex technical processes to a broad range of audiences
