Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform various administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating warranties
- Assist with clerical duties such as data entry, typing, invoicing and filing documents
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
- Conduct research and compile reports as requested
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Strong administrative skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry and typing
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

**Salary**: £25,467.00-£32,187.00 per year
