**My client, an Online retailer, require TWO Data Product Administrators for an initial 3 month contract. The role is OUTSIDE of IR35 & FULLY REMOTE.**
Purpose of role The primary purpose of this role is to support the digital and ecommerce team in their mission to improve their online product offering and enhance their merchandising capabilities.

Key responsibilities
- Working with internal procurement teams to source product information
- Sourcing product information and imagery from suppliers
- Collating product information into a spreadsheet
- Enriching existing product data
- Optimising product imagery

Training and ongoing support will be provided.

Desired Skills, Knowledge & Capabilities
- Good attention to detail
- Fantastic copy-writing skills - Bringing product descriptions to life. Can you write a product description in a way that convinces someone they should buy our bag of sand instead of someone else's? - If so, we need you on our team
- Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel for managing large volumes of data - all of the data we work with is reviewed and managed from within Excel Spreadsheets - so a reasonable level of confidence with this tool is essential. (You don't need to be an advanced user - there's no requirement to write complex formulas or scripts etc.)
- Basic knowledge of digital imagery - Ideally you will know the differences between a.JPG and.PNG
