**What is the salary and hours?**
The salary starts from £21,000 per year, negotiable depending on experience.
The role is full-time and permanent, and you work 37.5 hours a week. Your working day will be 7.5 hours per day covering the trading hours of 08:30 until 19:45 Mon - Sat, so the ability to be able to work some evenings and Saturdays will be essential.
**What will my duties be?**:

- You will support the Sales, Renewals and Service Departments within a friendly office environment. The job role will consist of:_
- Help us achieve challenging team targets and goals
- Operate within own area of accountability, proactively escalating issues and seeking guidance
- Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with all colleagues, customers and insurers whilst maintaining a professional business image
- Develop and maintain a competent level of technical, product and system knowledge
- Liaise with insurers for underwriting solutions.
- Commit to own personal development, CII professional qualifications
- Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer/partner satisfaction
