**Senior Supply Chain Manager**

**Derby**

ARM are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to work with one of the UK's leading clients within the Civils industry.

**What you'll be doing**
- Responsible for effective operational relationship management
- Engaging with relevant functions to deliver supplier performance across Quality, Cost & Delivery
- Supporting development and deployment of the Integrated Commodity Strategy
- Integrating cost management across required functions to lead and deliver short to medium term cost reduction plans
- Deploying risk management practices assess, communicating and mitigating supply chain risk
- Leading and developing the team with ultimate accountability for team performance.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- A background in purchasing or supply chain management
- An understanding of manufacturing processes
- Experience in driving continuous improvement and integrated supplier performance

**Details of the role**
- Permanent position
- Excellent salary
- 15% bonus scheme plus a car allowance
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy more
