Mon to Fri 0930-1230
**Duties**
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
- **Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.**
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment to promote productivity.**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.**
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
