TimePlan Education are working with a SEND school in Lambeth who are seeking skilled SEND Teaching Assistants to join their supportive team.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

- **Support**: Provide personalized support to students with ASD, PMLD and SLD helping them with their educational and social development.
- **Collaborate**: Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and tailored learning strategies.
- **Assist**: Facilitate classroom activities, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- **Engage**: Encourage and assist students in developing essential life skills and social interactions.
- **Adapt**: Modify educational materials and approaches to meet the diverse needs of each student.
- **Personal Care**: Support children with personal care and toileting

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with children with ASD, SLD and PMLD in a special educational needs setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of students
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Relevant qualifications in education, childcare, or special educational needs are desirable but not essential.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
