Kings Estates are looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join the team of our successful professional and student lettings team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactive and efficient management of new and current leads.
- To qualify landlords and tenants for properties and services
- Actively generate new Landlords and grow portfolio
- To carry out viewings and market appraisals in a professional and efficient manner.
- Organise available stock and ensure listings are up to date

We are looking for a hungry, highly motivated individual wanting to prove themselves in this competitive industry. You must be approachable and friendly with a natural ability for putting the best tenants with the most suitable properties.

We are open Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00 and Saturdays 10:00 - 16:00.

We work 6 and 5 day weeks with alternate Saturdays.

£18,000.00 - £22,000.00 Salary Per annum plus uncapped commission

Car and Business Insurance Required.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Southampton, SO17 2NG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Estate & Lettings Agents: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (required)
